SCHOOL UNIFORM

This is meant to be a simple basic uniform which we expect parents to provide for their children.  Great importance is attached to the appearance of pupils and their standard of dress.  We ask parents to help us ensure that school uniform is worn smartly and with pride.  When a senior year pupil is presented with School Colours, the badge may be worn on his or her school jumper. Equally, School Council, Peer Mentor or other monitor badges may be worn.

Main Colours: Royal Blue and Green

Boys and Girls

Royal Blue pullovers embossed with the School crest (available from School Office - £11.50-£13.50)

Plain White Shirt

School Tie:  Blue and Green stripes (available from School Office - £2.50)

Trousers:  Medium Grey or Black

Skirt:  Medium Grey or Black

Shoes should be Black or Brown, sensible style (not trainers, plimsolls or boots)

Socks:  Plain white or Grey – no bright, patterned socks

Girls may wear a royal blue gingham dress in the summer or grey/black skirt and white blouse with revere collar.

Girls may wear grey or black trousers similar in style and fabric to the boys or thick, white, cream, grey or black tights.

Optional blue polo shirts (with School crest) are available for purchase

to be worn during the Summer Term.

*White short sleeved Polo Shirts (with School Crest), for use in P.E. lessons, are available from the School Office: £8.00 (sizes 30”/32”/34”) £9.00 (sizes Small and Medium)

An optional navy Tracksuit or Sweatshirt is also a useful extra for winter games.

Most department stores such as Marks & Spencer and BHS stock all or part of this basic uniform, though you will find other shops sell the items required.
